<br />Automobile Liability <br />Property-Fire 1 <br /> <br />N/A <br /> <br />$ Replacement value of <br />the improvements <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor shall furnish City <br />with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the insurance <br />required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of comprehensive general <br />liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) coverage, original <br />endorsements: <br /> <br />A. Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after City shall have received written <br />notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br /> <br />B. Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to each <br />insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect <br />to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); <br /> <br />C. Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, the its officers, <br />boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />D. Providing that Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary <br />insurance with respect to City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, <br />employees, and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance maintained by <br />City for itself, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees, or <br />agents shall be in excess of Contractor's insurance and not contributory <br />with it. <br /> <br />6. NON-DISCRIMINATION. Contractor shall comply with the non- <br />discrimination requirements described below: <br /> <br />A. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to Section 514 (Public Law 93-112), the Contractor <br />agrees that no otherwise qualified persons with disabilities shall, <br />solely by reason of a disability, be excluded from the participation in, <br />be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination in the <br />performance of this contract or in the selection of low income owners <br />to purchase the dwelling to be built on the "Property." <br /> <br />2. Compliance of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, <br />as amended, requires that all benefits, aids and services are made <br /> <br />1 Property-Fire insurance policy shall become effective no later than the date of transfer of title of <br />the subject property to Mental Health of San Mateo County. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2008.072 <br />081308 <br /> <br />4 <br />
