Affirmative Action. <br /> <br />1. Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with the Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Requirements of Executive Order No <br />11246, as amended by Executive Order No 1375, Title VII of the <br />Civil Rights Act of 1964, the California Fair Employment Practices <br />Act and any other federal or state laws pertaining to equal <br />employment opportunity, and that it will not discriminate against any <br />employee or applicant for employment or opportunity to purchase <br />the dwelling to be built on the "property." on the basis of race, <br />religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental <br />disability, marital status, sexual preference, or political affiliation in <br />matters pertaining to occupancy, hiring, training, upgrading, <br />transfers, compensation or termination. <br /> <br />C.
