Nondiscrimination Based on Disabilitv. <br /> <br />1. Contractor hereby agrees that it will comply with the <br />provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as <br />amended, providing equal access and reasonable accommodations <br />in employment programs and services to persons who are disabled. <br /> <br />E. Interest of Public Officials. <br /> <br />1. No members, officers, employees, or agents of the City <br />Of Redwood City, no member of the City Council and no other public <br />official who exercises any function or responsibility with respect to <br />this Agreement or Contractor's Program during his or his tenure, or <br />for one year thereafter, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in <br />this contract or a related subcontract, or the proceeds thereof. <br />Contractor shall incorporate in all subcontracts hereunder a <br />provision prohibiting such interest. <br /> <br />F. Reliqious Activitv Prohibited. <br /> <br />1. Those shall be no religious worship, instruction, or <br />proselytizing as part of, or in connection with, the performance of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />G. Uniform Administration Requirements. <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall comply with the requirements and standards of <br />the HOME Investment Partnership Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 <br />Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMS Circular A-11 0 <br />attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state, and <br />local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br />H. HOME & CDBG PROGRAM Requirements. <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall comply with the requirements and <br />Standards of the CDBG Regulations and HOME Investment <br />Partnership Regulations relating to: income targeting to HOME limits <br />of 50% and below median income; affordability term: a minimum <br />term of 55 years for CDBG sustainability goals; recorded affordability <br />restrictions at the time of close of escrow which provides for the <br />recapture of CDBG and HOME funds and first right of refusal in the <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2008.073 <br />081308 <br /> <br />6 <br />
