<br />. will not physically connect to the Town Center's sewer facility. <br /> <br />6.38 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The nine parcels will connect to the Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance District's facility and <br />at the time of connection, owner shall: <br />1. purchase additional treatment capacity by payment of the Wastewater Treatment <br />Capacity Fee, <br />2. pay the City's Sewer Facilities Fee, and <br />3. pay the City's monthly sewer service charge to compensate for sewage transmission <br />and treatment. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the fifth amendment to the Sanitary Sewerage <br />Treatment Capacity Rights and Services (Town of Woodside) Agreement.
