<br />6.1A <br /> <br />Small Business Incubator, job training and internship that offer teens an opportunity to Page 2 <br />develop small businesses, web design, tutoring and other computer related micro <br />business enterprises. <br /> <br />Available unexpended program balances come from COBG funds allocated to the <br />Regional Occupational Program (ROP), which did not proceed, and from Casa de <br />Redwood windows and carpet project which was completed under budget. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The Council may choose to modify the budget and/or scopes of work of the <br />agreements. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City received $717,412 in COBG funds for FY 2008-2009. The total cost of these <br />programs is $292,772.00.
