Allied “Alternative Proposal” <br />Section 5.7 of the Collection Services RFP <br />• <br />States that any exceptions or alternatives proposed: <br />– <br />“must be presented separately by stating the specific exception or <br />alternative, the suggested changes, if any, to the program or services <br />related to the exception or alternative, and the reason for the proposed <br />exception or alternative…Proposers may submit suggested changes in the <br />Collection Agreement language related to the exception or alternative, <br />and the specific dollar change in each of the affected cost items, as <br />proposed by the Proposer in response to this RFP that would takeplace if <br />the exception or alternative was accepted by the Member Agency. <br />Proposers should note that if exceptions are taken, all required <br />information as set forth above must be submitted. Exceptions taken or <br />alternatives provided, without providing the required information will not <br />be considered.” <br />29 <br />? <br />
