Allied “Alternative Proposal” <br />Was Section 5.7 of the RFP pointed out to Allied during the proposals evaluation <br />• <br />process to ensure the company was provided the opportunity to correct their <br />omission and submit a compliant alternative proposal? <br />Yes… <br />The content and intent of Section 5.7 was made clear to Allied during the <br />technical review phase of the collection services RFP evaluationprocess. In a letter <br />issued to Mr. Jeff Andrews on April 9th, 2008, the following question was asked: <br />“Question #97, Section 2P of Allied Proposal.”(Issued 4/9/08 to Mr. Jeff <br />Andrews.) <br />“While the SBWMA is under no legal obligation to review or consider any <br />alternative proposals, we can not review any alternative proposals unless the <br />proposer complies with the RFP requirements Section 5.7 regarding exceptions. <br />Please prepare a list of all exceptions to the Collection Agreement as per your <br />Alternative Proposals.” <br />30 <br />? <br />
