Allied “Alternative Proposal” <br />Allied’sresponse to a number of technical questions was provided on <br />• <br />April 15, 2008 and included this response (see bolded text below) to <br />Question #97: <br />Q. 97. Section 2P. Alternative Proposals. While the SBWMA is under no <br />legal obligation to review or consider any alternative proposals, we can <br />not review any alternative proposals unless the proposer complies with <br />the RFP requirements Section 5.7 regarding exceptions. Please prepare a <br />list of all exceptions to the Collection Agreement as per your Alternative <br />Proposals. “There are no exceptions to the Collection Agreement for <br />Alternative Proposal 2P1. Alternative Proposals 2P and 2P2, Article 11 <br />and Attachment K of the Collection Agreement would need to be <br />reformatted to reflect a operating ratio cost plus method of <br />compensation.” <br />31 <br />? <br />
