/ ~ ..' J. Technologies not currently named will be supported upon written agreement by cas and RWC. Written agreement can be in the form of an email request. 3. Excluded: The following technologies are explicitly excluded from this agreement: A. AS400: Due to a lack of experience with HTE or the AS400 platform on which it runs, RWC cannot directly support this system. However, at cas request, RWC will work with cas and / or external vendors in a best effort to assistance in the maintenance of the AS400 system. 4. Compensation I i'~ A. cas agrees to pay to RWC the full cost of providing technology services as shown in this Exhibit A, as the same may be amended from time to time by written agreement between the Parties. B. cas and RWC acknowledge and agree that compensation paid by cas to RWC under this Agreement is based upon RWC's cost of providing the services required hereunder, including salaries and benefits of employees. C. cas agrees to compensate RWC for Information Technology services. Direct external costs such as external contractors and equipment purchases on behalf of cas are borne by cas. Information Technology services costs include those expenses necessary to administer this Agreement. RWC will provide these services for an hourly rate of $129.26 during fiscal year 2008-2009 (July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009). The hourly rate will be adjusted on an annual fiscal year basis. D. The total value of this agreement shall not exceed $10,000. E. Remote support will be billed in fifteen (15) minute intervals. 5. Terms of Payment A. Each month, RWC shall invoice cas for the number of hours worked on behalf of cas the previous month. B.
