<br />/ ~ ..' <br /> <br />J. Technologies not currently named will be supported upon written agreement by <br />cas and RWC. Written agreement can be in the form of an email request. <br />3. Excluded: <br /> <br />The following technologies are explicitly excluded from this agreement: <br /> <br />A. AS400: Due to a lack of experience with HTE or the AS400 platform on which it <br />runs, RWC cannot directly support this system. However, at cas request, RWC will <br />work with cas and / or external vendors in a best effort to assistance in the <br />maintenance of the AS400 system. <br />4. Compensation I i'~ <br /> <br />A. cas agrees to pay to RWC the full cost of providing technology services as shown <br />in this Exhibit A, as the same may be amended from time to time by written <br />agreement between the Parties. <br /> <br />B. cas and RWC acknowledge and agree that compensation paid by cas to RWC <br />under this Agreement is based upon RWC's cost of providing the services required <br />hereunder, including salaries and benefits of employees. <br /> <br />C. cas agrees to compensate RWC for Information Technology services. Direct <br />external costs such as external contractors and equipment purchases on behalf of <br />cas are borne by cas. Information Technology services costs include those <br />expenses necessary to administer this Agreement. RWC will provide these <br />services for an hourly rate of $129.26 during fiscal year 2008-2009 (July 1, 2008 to <br />June 30, 2009). The hourly rate will be adjusted on an annual fiscal year basis. <br /> <br />D. The total value of this agreement shall not exceed $10,000. <br /> <br />E. Remote support will be billed in fifteen (15) minute intervals. <br /> <br />5. Terms of Payment <br /> <br />A. Each month, RWC shall invoice cas for the number of hours worked on behalf of <br />cas the previous month. <br /> <br />B.
