<br />Page 2 <br />GEl Proposal <br /> <br />Bradford Street Properties, Redwood City, CA. <br /> <br />Task 2. Establishment of Site Specific Cleanup Goals <br /> <br />Subject site ownership, historical operations, past environmental investigations and <br />conditions will be reviewed and used to develop proposed remediation (cleanup) goals <br />for the subject site considering regulatory requirements and future subject site <br />development and uses. <br /> <br />Task 3. Feasibility Study of Removal Action Alternatives and Selection of Removal <br />Action <br /> <br />A feasibility study will be completed to evaluate three (3) alternative soil removal <br />actions. The three (3) alternatives will be evaluated and compared with respect to <br />effectiveness, implementability and cost, and one (1) removal action will be selected for <br />the subject site. A Health and Safety Plan, and a separate Sampling and Analyses Plan <br />with corresponding quality assurance provisions will be developed for the selected <br />removal action. <br /> <br />Task 4. RAW Preparation <br /> <br />GEl will prepare a RAW that presents the results of Task 1, Task 2 and Task 3. GEl will <br />assemble all documents, reports, data, guidance documents, and correspondence that <br />pertain to the subject site and support the RAW. The list of documents will be presented <br />in both paper format and electronic format. The RA W will be submitted to DTSC for <br />review and comment. <br /> <br />Task 5. Meetings/Public Notice/Comments and Revision ofRA W (as needed) <br /> <br />A public notice of the RAW will be issued by DTSC in accordance with DTSC's public <br />participation advisory. Any significant comments generated from the public participation <br />and DTSC review will be incorporated in a revised RAW for the subject site. Three (3) <br />meetings with a GEl senior staff member and DTSC are included in this task. Charge for <br />meetings is reimbursable if meetings are not necessary. Travel costs not applicable if <br />destination is less than 30 miles from GEl office. <br /> <br />Task 6A. Excavation of Impacted Soil <br /> <br />Pre-Construction Activities <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Walk job site with City staff and subcontractor( s). <br /> <br />Soil Excavation and Confirmation Sampling <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Install appropriate storm water pollution prevention (SWPP) along Redwood Creek <br />bank. <br />
