Redwood City, CA. <br /> <br />3.0 PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS <br /> <br />GEl's project pricing is based on the following assumptions and limitations: <br /> <br />~ Field work can be performed during the hours of7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Friday. <br />~ No overtime or weekend work will be required. <br />~ Only one (1) mobilization/demobilization will be required. <br />~ There will be no interruption of workflow. <br />~ The excavation will not require shoring, bracing or underpinning. <br />~ No dewatering will be required. <br />~ No removal, replacement or moving of subsurface utilities is required. <br />~ The excavated soil will be disposed as Class III material. <br />~ No transport/disposal load per day limitation will be imposed. <br />~ Compaction testing will not be required for the excavation backfill. <br />~ SWPP engineering and or plans are not required. <br />~ No liquidated damages considered. <br />~ No utility disconnects or any work within public right away are required. <br />~ No engineering/design is required. <br />~ No city or county permits or fees are required. <br />~ No bonding of any kind is required. <br />~ Any DTSC fees will be paid direct by City. <br />~ A DTSC Preliminary Endangerment Assessment (PEA) will not be required. <br /> <br />************************************************************************ <br />
