<br />and Agency may collect these payments from Performer or deduct the amount <br />paid from any sums due Performer under this Agreement. <br /> <br />18.5 Submission of Insurance Policies. Agency reserves the right to require, at <br />anytime, complete and certified copies of any or all required insurance policies <br />and endorsements. <br /> <br />18.6 Reduction in Coveraqe/Material Chanqes. Performer will notify Agency <br />thirty (30) days prior to any reduction in any of the insurance coverage required <br />pursuant to this Agreement or any material changes to the respective insurance <br />policies." <br /> <br />2. That Subsection (a), Section 4 of the Agreement shall be amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"(a) Upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of the require insurance <br />certificates and endorsements, the Agency shall pay to New World Classics, as <br />the business agent for Performers ("Agent"), a deposit in an amount equal to <br />Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00), which is approximately thirty-three <br />percent (33%) of the total Performance Fee (the "First Deposit"). Payment of the <br />First Deposit shall be by check of the Agency made payable to New World <br />Classics and returned with the signed Agreement. Performers represent and <br />warrant that Performers and Agent have previously agreed that Agent shall <br />accept payment of the First Deposit from the Agency as set forth in this <br />paragraph." <br /> <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Performer pursuant <br />to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage <br />for this Amendment NO.1. <br /> <br />5. This Amendment No. 1 may be executed in counterparts, each of which <br />shall be deemed to be an original, but both of which shall constitute one and the same <br />instrument. <br /> <br />6. The Parties agree that signatures on this Amendment No.1, including <br />those transmitted by facsimile or electronic mail, shall be sufficient to bind the Parties <br /> <br />7.
