Additional Transoortatlon/Circulation/Parkina ScoDe of Work (Hexagon <br />TransDortatlon Consultants. Inc.) <br /> <br />The City has requested that Hexagon Transportation Consultants, the EIR transportation <br />consultants, amend its scope of work to complete the following tasks, as described in the <br />attached Hexagon February 11, 2010 Additional Work Request: incorporation of latest <br />future land use data assumptions under the "existingll General Plan, transportation <br />demand management (TOM) research, trip distribution and assignment, evaluation of <br />near-term project conditions plus TOM, evaluation of 2030 cumulative conditions with <br />project plus TOM, resultant description of impacts and recommendations, sensitivity <br />analysis, parking analysis, incorporation of the new analysis into the EIR traffic report, <br />and response to comments (for Final EIR). <br /> <br />Additional Fee: $56,600. <br /> <br />B. Additional Associated Air Qualitv. Climate ChanQe. and Noise Scope of Work <br />(lIIinQworth & Rodkin. Inc.) <br /> <br />Based on the additional traffic analysis described in item A above, Illingworth & Rodkin-- <br />the EIR air quality, climate change, and noise consultants--will update the <br />URBEMIS2007 model to reflect the effects of the TOM program on: (1) daily emissions <br />of air pollutants, (2) annual emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs), and (3) Clean Air <br />Plan consistency. Also, Illingworth & Rodkin will update carbon monoxide modeling of <br />affected intersections for cumulative traffic conditions.
