Shadow Analvsis DiaQrams (Environmental Vision) <br /> <br />The City has requested that Environmental Vision, the EIR visual simulation consultants, <br />produce shadow diagrams for the proposed project, as described in the attached <br />Environmental Vision April 22, 2009 Proposa/uShadow Diagrams. Black-and-white <br />shadow diagrams will be prepared for three times of day at four times of year (March 21, <br />June 21 J September 21, and December 21), based on computer modeling of shadow <br />effects associated with proposed building massing. <br /> <br />Additional Fee: $5,200. <br /> <br />D. Revisions to EtR Chapters Based on Above Additional Work (WaastaffIMIG) <br /> <br />Wagstaff/M1G will edit, format, and incorporate the new data from items A, B, and C <br />above into revised EIR chapters--primarily chapters 5 (Aesthetics), 7 (Transportation, <br />Circulation, and Parking), 8 (Air Quality), 9 (Climate Change), 13 (Noise), and 18 <br />(Alternatives to the Proposed Project)--to ensure EIR consistency and CEQA adequacy. <br /> <br />Additional Fee: $8,845. <br /> <br />E. Additional Cvcle of Administrative Draft EtR Review (Wagstaff/MIG) <br /> <br />The City has requested that Wagstaff/MIG provide an additional cycle of Administrative <br />Draft EIR review, which would allow Stanford University the opportunity to review all the <br />EIR chapters (Le., a complete Administrative Draft EIR document) after all City staff <br />comments on the initial Administrative Draft EIR have been incorporated into the <br />document by Wagstaff/MIG and before preparation of the Screencheck EIR. <br /> <br />Additional Fee: $10,840. <br />Total Additional Fee (A, B, C, D, and E above): $85,285. <br /> <br />Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments regarding this request. <br />Upon receiving authorized approval from the City, we will proceed with the additional <br />scope of work described above.
