EXHIBIT "A"
SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE
Revised Traffic Analysis
Subconsultant (Hexagon) will revise the calculations for the intersection of Middlefield
Road/Woodside Road to reflect planned Caltrans signal timing requirements to the
intersection as well as for the City's planned intersection design modifications that will
be built in spring-summer 2013. The level of service (LOS) calculations will be revised
for Near Term No Project, Near Term Plus Project, Cumulative Without Project, and
Cumulative With Project traffic scenarios. The Draft EIR identified significant impacts
at the intersection, so it may be necessary to revise recommended mitigation
measures.
Additional Fee: $1,865
Revised EIR Transportation Chapter
In collaboration with the Subconsultant, Consultant will revise the EIR
transportation chapter accordingly, including any revised mitigation measures, for
inclusion as Draft EIR Revisions in the Final EIR (section 3). The City will receive
revised EIR pages in the same format as those prepared for the Final EIR, as well
as a separate memo that summarizes the changes. Since the planned
intersection modifications are expected to improve traffic conditions at the
intersection, the ConsultanYs anticipate that recirculation of the Draft EIR will not
be necessary based on any California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) criterion
(e.g., CEQA Guidelines section 15088.5—Recirculation of an EIR Prior to
Certification).
Additional Fee: $1,160
Total Additional Fee Requested (A and B above): $3,025. The table below
indicates the anticipated Consultant staff hours and Subconsultant budget
associated with each item described above.
- . - ..- - . : .. - . : .
. .
. .
. .
Revised Traffic Analysis 1 $165 0 $0 $165
Revised EIR Transportation 4 $660 4 $500 $1.160
Chapter
 i
Hexagon $1,700
Total $3,025
ATTY/AGR/2012/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.4 MIG STANFORD IN RWC
REV: 12-11-12 VR
