��""_������� <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> (Moore, lacofano, Goltsman, Inc.) <br /> This Amendment No. 5 is entered into and effective as of the � day of <br /> `-"� , 2013, extending and amending the agreement dated <br /> September 19, 2008 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter city and mu icipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Moore, <br /> lacofano, Goltsman, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for the "Stanford in <br /> Redwood City Project." <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On September 19, 2008 the Parties executed Agreement for <br /> Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> B. On March 16, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Agreement <br /> for Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> C. On June 20, 2011, the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Agreement <br /> for Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> D. On September 17, 2012, the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 to <br /> Agreement for Environmental Consulting Services; and <br /> E. On January 14, 2013 the Parties executed Amendment No. 4 to <br /> Agreement for Environmentat Consulting Services; and <br /> F. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br /> incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Consultant will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A." With this Amendment, the total Agreement amount shall not exceed Six <br /> Hundred Six Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One and 08/100 Dollars ($606,631.08). <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" on a time and materials basis not-to-exceed Twelve Thousand <br /> Two Hundred Thirty Five Dollars ($12,235.00), for an aggregate amount of$606,631.08. <br /> Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed <br /> to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for approval by <br /> City. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2013/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.5 MIG STANFORD IN RWC <br /> REV:OS-22-13 VR <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
