G H PROJECT COSTS The following costs are associated with conducting a City Satisfaction Survey of residents in Redwood City. Costs are based on the Godbe Research proposal dated August 22,2008 (and previous survey events) and include all services necessary to complete a survey of 400 (n=400) Redwood City residents in English and Spanish. Costs are valid for up to 10% of all interviews in Spanish and include an Internet module for the City's web site (hosted by Godbe Research) as well as emailing approximately 500 residents to take the Internet version. The average length of each survey is estimated to be approximately 15 to 18-minutes in length and Redwood City will only be billed for the option below that reflects the final time tested survey length for this project. The fees below are firm and fixed and will not change as long as the scope of work for this survey conforms to this agreement and our proposal dated August 22,2008 (e.g. survey length, sample size, 60% incidence rate, no more than 10% of interviews in Spanish, etc.). Should project parameter change, we will be happy to provide amended costs prior to proceeding.
