Housing and Human Concerns Committee 2008/2009 Funding <br /> Recommendations for the Human Services Financial Assistant (HSFA) <br /> Program. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Direct staff to incorporate the Housing and Human Concerns Committee's <br /> recommendations for HSFA for Fiscal Year 08-09 into the Fiscai Year 08-09 <br /> budget to be presented for review by Council in June. HSFA recommendations <br /> are being presented this evening as part of the overall Annual Action Plan for <br /> the City's use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) <br /> funds. Deny Appeal, by Miller Starr Regalia on behalf of the Woodhill Estates <br /> Homeowner's Association (HOA), of the Planning Commission's decision <br /> to conditionally approve the Planned Development (PD) Permit for the 60- <br /> unit (Mediterranean Style) Canada College housing project as the PD <br /> permit is no longer at issue — Car�ada College having withdrawn its <br /> Planned Development Permit and having re-submitted a new (Arts and <br /> Crafts-style) PD application. Further, the previously approved Planned <br /> Development Permit should be revoked.
