This warranty does not include the pumps (manufacturer warranty and <br />manuals provided). <br /> <br />A recommended Maintenance Schedule from the Artist is included below as part <br />of this Scope of Work. <br /> <br />Description: <br /> <br />Sculpture: \\ Ray of Light" <br />Material: Brushed Stainless Steel (water sculpture) <br />Dimensions: 9.5'H x 7'W x 1.9'0, 11.5'H x 7'W x 1.9'0, and 13'H x 7'W x 1.9'0 <br />(approximate) <br />Weight: Approximately 200 Ibs <br />Site Dimensions: Sculpture/Stony Field Area: 12' diameter. <br /> <br />· Water will flow off the edges at the top of each sculpture and glide down the sides, <br />covering all of the surfaces. <br />· Water will be recycled in a stony field /reservoir system and will be completely <br />contained (except during very windy conditions). <br />.Water sculptures require little regular maintenance, such as cleaning site of debris and <br />occasional cleaning with soft towel and mild non-abrasive soap. Long-term <br />maintenance includes: replacing pumps and cleaning out reservoir every few years. <br />· During the winter, there will be some accumulation of ice on the stones around the <br />sculpture, but it will be safe to run the sculpture most of the winter (a heater will be in <br />the reservoir to maintain a temperature above 40 degrees.). <br /> <br />Separate Costs: <br />Site Preparation: <br />Includes: 3" - 5" stone, rubber tarp, low voltage lights, <br />300-gallon underground reservoir and stainless steel top, <br />heater, plumbing, timers for pumps and lights. <br /> <br />Bringing Electrical and Water to the Site <br /> <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2008.075 <br />090408 <br /> <br />11 <br />
