Originally <br />scheduled for release Oct. 3, the draft came out on Wednesday, Oct. 15. The proposed Scoping <br />Plan, which Is the state's plan for how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, will be considered by <br />ARB in December, in time to meet the Jan. 1, 2009 approval deadline established by the Global <br />Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB 32).
