<br />City Attorney Yamamoto spoke regarding agenda item 6.1.G and three typographical errors <br />in the lease agreement: 1) Page 4, recital F, deleting the words "for up to six months for <br />operation to selL" 2) Page 6, paragraph 3.1, changing the dollar amount to "$411." 3) <br />Also on page 6, the lease term should be changed to "June 1, 2008". <br /> <br />The maker and second of the motion agreed that the motion included the modification on <br />item 6.1. G. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A. ("PCS") of <br />Benecia to provide closed circuit television ("CCN') inspection services of Sanitary <br />Sewer Basin NO.2 and the Downtown Precise Plan Area for an amount not to <br />exceed $140,832.90 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount up to 10% if necessary.
