City Attorney Yamamoto spoke regarding agenda item 6.1.G and three typographical errors in the lease agreement: 1) Page 4, recital F, deleting the words "for up to six months for operation to selL" 2) Page 6, paragraph 3.1, changing the dollar amount to "$411." 3) Also on page 6, the lease term should be changed to "June 1, 2008". The maker and second of the motion agreed that the motion included the modification on item 6.1. G. The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. 6.1 Section - Motions A. Approve the Joint City Council and Redevelopment Agency Board meeting minutes of March 10, 2007 as submitted. Minute Order 08-070 B. Professional services agreement for closed-circuit television inspection of selected sanitary sewer mains. Recommendation: Approve, by motion, an agreement with PSC Industrial Outsourcing, Inc. ("PCS") of Benecia to provide closed circuit television ("CCN') inspection services of Sanitary Sewer Basin NO.2 and the Downtown Precise Plan Area for an amount not to exceed $140,832.90 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% if necessary.
