<br />10/27/2008 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2008-09 budget did not include this grant funding in the <br /> <br />Capital Improvement Program (CIP) in the amount of $972,800 toward the Recycled Water <br /> <br />Project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1 . The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby incorporated by <br />this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. That the budget for fiscal year 2008-2009 is amended to include a credit of <br />$972,800 toward Capital Improvement Projects, Recycled Water Project, to <br />reflect the grant funds awarded by DWR. <br /> <br />Expense Adiustment <br /> <br />CIP Recycled Water Project <br /> <br />$972,800 <br /> <br />3. That the City of Redwood City agrees to accept and comply with the contract <br />terms, as a local project sponsor, set forth in the grant funding agreement <br />between BACWA and DWR which is attached hereto as Attachment "A". <br /> <br />4.
