<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Internet connectivity: <br /> <br />HIPH will connect to the internet, as well as each PC in its organization, through existing RWC <br />Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) connections. RWC will keep the <br />these connections operational, to the best of its ability, during all normal business hours, <br />Defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. except the following currently <br />recognized RWC holidays (calendar dates vary depending on the year): <br /> <br />. New Year's Day <br />. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day <br />. Presidents Day <br />. Memorial Day <br />. 4th of July <br />. Labor Day <br />. Veterans Day <br />. Thanksgiving Day <br />. Thanksgiving Friday <br />. Christmas Eve <br />. Christmas Day <br />. New Year's Eve <br /> <br />Disruptions to service during non normal business hours will be handled as best effort, and <br />be dependent upon RWC IT staff availability. As HIPH will be connecting to the internet <br />over the RWC LAN/WAN, any disruption of service to HIPH will more than likely be affecting <br />RWC operations as well, thus will be a high priority to repair. <br />2. Virus Protection: <br /> <br />RWC will install the same virus protection software, currently AVG, used throughout RWC on <br />HI PH computers. Updates will be set to automatic so that HIPH PCs will be protected to the <br />best of the virus protector's ability. This is not a guarantee that HIPH PCs will not get infected <br />with viruses, trojans, or other malicious pieces of code, however, it will insure that some level of <br />protection is in place. <br />A TTY/AGR/2008.042 <br />061008 <br /> <br />6 <br />
