<br />B. COMPENSATION <br />1. Monthly Rate. Monthly compensation is based on the following table, where nn = number of <br />PCs: <br />$25: nn ~ 5 <br />$50: 5 < nn ~ 10 <br />$75: 10 < nn ~ 20 <br />$100: 20 < nn <br />As of September 2008, HIPH has less than 5 PCs; thus the initial monthly cost is $25. Should <br />HIPH change the number of connections, and the new total number of connections puts the <br />monthly charge in a different bracket, RWC will begin invoicing HIPH at the new rate on the first <br />invoice issued following the change. <br /> <br />2. Terms of Payment. RWC shall invoice, on the first of each month, in arrears, for internet <br />services during the previous month. <br />3. Charges for other services and special projects: RWC IT staff is available, upon request, <br />for special projects and normal PC support. Rates will be based on the active fiscal year rates, <br />currently $129.26 during fiscal year 2008-09 (July 1,2008 through June 30, 2009). Invoicing <br />for special projects or services will be in the month following the completion of the requested <br />service or incurred expense. <br /> <br />C. REQUESTING SUPPORT <br />Requests for support can be made using one of the following methods: <br /> <br />1. Logging into RWC's online help desk system (HITS) at <br />http://thecitv.redwoodcitv.orq:8080/hd/index.htx, or <br /> <br />2. Sending an email to hits@redwoodcitV.orq, or <br /> <br />3. Calling RWC help desk at (650) 780-7093. <br /> <br />In order to use option 1 or 2, a user must first be entered into the HITS system.
