Subdivision Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement - The Preserve at <br />Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1) Approve the Subdivision Map for the Preserve at Redwood Shores (the <br />"Subdivision Map"), (2) approve the vacations as noted on the Subdivision Map, <br />(3) accept the dedications as noted on the Subdivision Map, and (4) approve and <br />authorize execution of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for The Preserve <br />at Redwood Shores Minute Order 08-136 <br /> <br />Item 6.1 A was pulled because three council members had to recuse themselves. <br /> <br />Mayor Foust and Council Members Ira and Harnett recused themselves from participation in <br />6.1 A due to the fact that they are owners and/or residents of the area and this may pose a <br />potential conflict of interest. Vice Mayor Howard conducted this portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />MIS Pierce/Aguirre to approve agenda item 6.1A.
