Schedule "A" Agreement <br /> <br />Schedule "A" is the preventative maintenance agreement which addresses parts & labor to <br />perform a 21 point inspection on your 60 Flygt SEWAGE pumps located thru out the Redwood <br />Shores District. Parts include O-ring kits, wear rings, and other minor parts that may need to be <br />replaced during our inspection. Flygt estimates the job will require 2 Flygt technicians, over the <br />course of 18 days, to complete the entire 21 point inspection. The fee for the schedule "A" <br />agreement is $48.500.00 which will be invoiced to the customer after the completion of our <br />inspection. <br /> <br />2. Schedule "B" Agreement <br /> <br />Schedule "B" is for any additional required parts and labor, which are not included with the <br />schedule "A"agreement. This includes major parts such as impellers, flush valves, volutes, guide <br />rails, cables, etc. Flygt will not replace any major parts without prior authorization from the <br />customer. If such parts need to be replaced on-site by our service personel during our inspection, <br />they will be invoiced sperately from schedule "A" contract, and may require a separate purchase <br />order from the customer to proceed. The estimated total cost of schedule "B" is $40.918.76 <br /> <br />rJ;/ Agreement is based on (2) Flygt Service Tech and (1) person provided by the customer to assist. <br /> <br />at' Agreement is based on _30_stations and _60-pumps <br /> <br />r:rI Schedule A includes travel time/over night expenses (ifrequired). <br />Please note: This service quote does not include any overhaul or shop repairs. <br />Sales Tax on parts not included. <br /> <br />J1~ <br />
