(In Meg Ohms) <br /> <br />CI Check for any loose or faulty electrical eotmections within the pump control panel. <br /> <br />CI Measure resistance between stator windings. (In Ohms) <br /> <br />CI Check voltage supply between all phases of the electrical control panel. (V AC) <br /> <br />CI Check voltage balance between all phases on the load side* of the pump Control with pump on. (II AC) <br /> <br />CI Check amperage draws on all phases of the pwnp motor. (In Amps) <br /> <br />Cl Check condition and operation of motor thermal protectors Cootrol system (if so equipped). <br /> <br />Cl Removal of Flygt pump from lift station for physical inspection. <br /> <br />1:1 Check condition of upper shaft seals (inspect condition of motor housing). <br /> <br />o Check condition and operation of leakage detector (if so equipped). <br /> <br />o Check lower shaft seals (inspect condition of oil). <br /> <br />CI Change oil ifn=:kd (cost of ail included). <br /> <br />CI Check for worn or loose impeller. <br /> <br />CI Check all impeller wear rings. (Note: Wear rings are not covered by warranty and must be purchased by <br />customer if in need of replacement) <br /> <br />CI Check for noise upper and lower bearings. <br /> <br />o Check physically for damage of pump and power cable. <br />CI Clean, reSet, and check operation of level sensors. <br /> <br />Cl Check for correct sbaft rotation, <br /> <br />CI Reinstall Flygt pump and check for leakage at the discharge connection. <br /> <br />CI Test of pump operation cycle (if level ofliquid in station permits). <br /> <br />Q Check operating of valves and pipes in s1B.tion. <br /> <br />F~ <br /> <br />6.1C <br />Page 15 <br />
