Income Affordability and Occupancy Restriction <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of the Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program, the ownership <br />units built on this property shall be subject to HOME Program requirements and <br />shall be at all times, be occupied by qualified low income households. A <br />Qualified low-income household shall: <br /> <br />(1) have a household income at or below 50% of the area median income <br />established by HUD for San Mateo County, <br /> <br />(2) be a resident within the incorporated limits of the City of Redwood City at the <br />time of application. <br /> <br />(3) Qualify for a mortgage based on housing costs at no more than 30% of <br />household income for PITI (principal, interest, taxes and insurance), utilities and <br />HOA fees. <br /> <br />8.
