Circa: Historic Property Development One Sutter Street, Suite #910 San Francisco, CA 94104 4153627711 November 14, 2008 DOWNTOWN PRECISE PLAN PHASE II CONSULTATION The City of Redwood City requests historic resource consultation for the Downtown Precise Plan area, and a peer review of the Downtown Precise Plan report. There are 54 previously identified historic or potentially historic properties in the project area that require confirmation of status. In addition, new DPR forms may be necessary for properties not previously identified. A technical report will be prepared summarizing the findings of the survey, present case studies and address any issues that arise from reviewing the Historic Resources section of the Downtown Precise Plan EIR. This Scope does not guarantee findings or conclusions of reports. All analysis is conducted, professional, objectively and independent of prejudice. The tasks are as follows and are detailed in the City Of Redwood City Planning Services memorandum attached in Appendix A: Task 1 - Research and Documentation -- Assemble a complete list of historic resources to be included as an appendix to the Downtown Precise Plan Task 2 - Case Studies of City's Historic Preservation Work and evaluation process Task 3 - Development of Technical Memorandum Task 4 - Team meetings and three public meetings Estimated Fees $ 12,750. In addition, as time is of the essence, the historic resource evaluation for the property located at 1001-1003 Main Street, Redwood City, will be conducted prior to completion of the Downtown Precise Plan Phase II. Estimated Fees $ 250. Estimated Subtotal Fees $ 13,000. Circa Billing Rates Principal: Technical/Historian: Clerical: $130.00 per hour $ 95.00 per hour $ 50.00 per hour Estimated Total Fees $ 18,000.
