<br />the time of oonstruotion, be kept on the premises where the ereotion, <br />alteration or improvement of the building or struoture is being oonduoted. <br />The Board of Trustees may grant a permit for the ereotion of any part of <br />the buildini, or any part of a struoture, where plans and speoifi8ations <br />and detailed statements have been presented for the same before the entire <br />plans, speoifioations and detailed statements of said building or struoture <br />have been submitted. <br /> <br />Any permit whioh may be issued by said Board of Trustees pursuant to tAe <br />provisions of this ordinanoe, but under whioh no work is oommenoed within <br />six months from the time of the issuanoe therlof, shall expire by limi- <br />tation, but may in the disoretion of said Board of Trustees, be renewed <br /> <br />without further oharge. <br /> <br />Demolition of Buildings. <br />SECTION 7. When a buildini or struoture is to be demolished it shall be <br />doni in a manner whioh is approved by and satisfaotory to the Board of <br /> <br />Trustees. <br /> <br />Certifioate of Oooupanoy to be Issued. <br />SECTION 8. It shall be the duly of the Board of Trustees to make, or <br />cause to be made a final inspeotion and examination of all buildings <br />before any suoh butldinis are oooupied, and if Buoh buildings are found <br />to have been ereoted and construoted in oonformity with the provisions <br />and requirements of this ordinanoe said Board of Trustees shall issue <br />a written or printed oertificate thereof to the owner or leSS8e. Said <br />Oivuer or lessee shall in all cases notify the Board of Trustees when sa1d <br />building or structure is ready for inspeotion. <br /> <br />No person, firm or oorporation shall oooupY any building or struoture <br /> <br />until suoh oertifioate has been issued. <br /> <br />Temporary Certifi~ates of Ocoupanoy. <br />SECTION 9. The Board of Trustees may issue a oertifioate of temporary <br /> <br />+ <br /> <br />oooupancy a~lowing the use of a portion or portions of any buildini o~' <br />struoture said portion or portions of said building or structure ~been <br />ereoted or oonstruoted in aooordanoe with all the requirements of this <br />3 <br />
