<br />/' .. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />CGM:wb 6/16/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8888 <br /> <br />OR1GINAL <br />JUl 6 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />BRUGGER PLAZA SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLO~vS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Brugger Plaza Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City prepared for Brugger Corporation, a California <br /> <br />Corporation, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore deter- <br /> <br />mined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with <br /> <br />the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or. subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall enter into and execute that certain proposed sub- <br />division agreement on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Brugger Plaza Subdivision," <br />wherein the owner or subdivider, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by the City, shall agree to con- <br />struct and complete, in the time specified in said <br />agreement, all streets and other improvements required <br />of owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code <br />of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other street, sewer or <br />other improvements designated or mentioned in said agree- <br />ment and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for <br />the improvement of Brugger Plaza Subdivision on file in <br />the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance by said owner or sub- <br />divider of all work and the construction of all improve- <br />ments designated or mentioned in said agreement, and <br />within the time therein specified, the amount of said <br />security to be Fifteen Thousand and No/lOG Dollars <br />($15,000.00) and also a good and sufficient security in <br />a form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the <br />payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for <br />labor and materials incurred in the construction of any <br />and all said improvements, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said owner or <br />subdivider, the amount of said security to be Fifteen <br />Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($15,000.00). <br /> <br />8 88 8 <br />
