That, prior to the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to the <br />City and file with the City Clerk certificates or policies <br />of public liability and property damage insurance as re- <br />quired by the above mentioned agreement entitled "Agreement <br />for Brugger Plaza Subdivision," on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Main Street Striping Plan <br /> <br />from Brewster Avenue to Convention Way,"and those certain specifi- <br /> <br />cations entitled "Specifications for Pavement Markers and Striping," <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the <br /> <br />plans and specifications according to which the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement for Brugger <br /> <br />Plaza Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
