<br />i <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />CGM:wb 4/29/81 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />8841 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAY 4 1981 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF <br />REDWOOD GARDENS SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS~ APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Redwood Gardens Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Redmond Walsh, Civil Engineer, <br /> <br />for John S. Hickman, Debbie Hickman, Stephen R. Holmes, Leslie <br /> <br />Holmes, Victor Pacquet, and Laura M. Pacquet, owners of record of <br /> <br />said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this sub- <br /> <br />division, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, prior to the release of said final map by City and <br />prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers of <br />said subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br />Redwood Gardens Subdivision," wherein the owners or <br />subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said <br />map by the City, shall agree to construct and complete, <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all streets <br />and other improvements required of 9wner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the city of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other street, sewer or other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement <br />and/or set forth in the plans and specifications for <br />the improvement of Redwood Gardens Subdivision on file <br />in the office of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />2. That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved <br />by the City Attorney, securing the faithful performance <br />by said owners or subdividers of all work and the con- <br />struction of all improvements designated or mentioned <br />in said agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Eighty-three Thousand <br />Five Hundred and No/IOO Dollars ($83,500.00) and also <br />a good and sufficient security in a form to be approved <br />by the City Attorney securing the payment by said owners <br />or subdividers of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br /> <br />8841 <br />
