That, prior to the release of said final map by City <br />and prior to its recordation, the owners or subdividers <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and property <br />damage insurance as required by the above mentioned <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for Redwood Gardens <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That those certain plans entitled "Grading and Improvement <br /> <br />Plans - Redwood Gardens Condominiums," and those certain specifica- <br /> <br />tions entitled "Standard Specifications - City of Redwood City - <br /> <br />August 1974" which plans and specifications are now on file in <br /> <br />the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which <br /> <br />the above mentioned improvements shall be done. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Redwood Gardens Subdivision," a copy of which is on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-2- <br />
