<br />stipulate that thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation, a reduction in <br /> <br />coverage amounts as required herein, or a change in the parties named as additional <br /> <br />insureds. <br /> <br />(b) Bodily InJurv. Death and Property Damage Liabilitv Insurance. <br /> <br />Lessee shall also procure and maintain at all times during the term of this Lease. and any <br /> <br />holdover tenancy thereof, a broad form Commercial General Liability Insurance and <br /> <br />Automobile Liability Insurance policy covering Lessee for any liability arising,out of the <br /> <br />use of, or occurring in, on, or about, the Leased Premises. The policy(ies) shall include <br /> <br />coverage for all vehicles, licensed or unlicensed, on or off the Leased Premises, used by <br /> <br />or on behalf of Lessee during the term of this Lease or holdover tenancy thereof. The <br /> <br />policy(ies) shall be subject to a limit for each occurrence of TWO MILLION and 00/100 <br /> <br />DOLLARS ($2,000.000.00) naming as an additional insured, in connection with Lessee's <br /> <br />activities, Lessor, its councilmembers, officers, employees and agents. The insurance <br /> <br />requirements as set forth herein may be satisfied by Lessee through the combined use of <br /> <br />an umbrella policy. <br /> <br />(c) Inclusion of Lessor as an additional insured shall not in any way <br /> <br />affect its right as respects to any claim, demand, suit or judgment made, brought or <br /> <br />recovered against Lessee. <br /> <br />(d) ConcuITently with the execution of this Lease, Lessee shall furnish <br /> <br />Lessor with certificates and declaration pages of the insurance required hereunder and, <br /> <br />with respect to evidence of commercial general liability and automobile liability <br /> <br />insurance coverage, original endorsements: <br /> <br />(i) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br /> <br />ATIY/AGRJ.200R,044 Lease Agreement T.Mobilc <br />121908 <br /> <br />J6 <br /> <br />6.18 <br />Page 18 <br />
