<br />6.18 <br />Page 19 <br /> <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after Lessor shall have received written notification of <br /> <br />cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br /> <br />(ii) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately <br /> <br />to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the <br /> <br />limits of the insurer's liability (cross-liability endorsements); <br /> <br />(iii) Naming Lessor, its Council, commissions, boards, <br /> <br />committees, officers, employees and agents as additionaJ insureds; and <br /> <br />(iv) Providing that Lessee's insutartce shalt be primary <br /> <br />insurance relating to Lessee's negligence hereunder with respect to Lessor, its Council, <br /> <br />commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and agents, and further providing <br /> <br />that any insurance or self-insuran'ce maintained by Lessor for itself, its Council, <br /> <br />commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and agents shall be in excess of <br /> <br />Lessee's insurance and shall not be contributory with it. <br /> <br />7. DAMAGE. DESTRUCTION AND TERMINATION. <br /> <br />7.0] Right to Terminate.
