6.18 Page 19 expiration of thirty (30) days after Lessor shall have received written notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; (ii) Providing that Contractor's insurance shall apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross-liability endorsements); (iii) Naming Lessor, its Council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and agents as additionaJ insureds; and (iv) Providing that Lessee's insutartce shalt be primary insurance relating to Lessee's negligence hereunder with respect to Lessor, its Council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and agents, and further providing that any insurance or self-insuran'ce maintained by Lessor for itself, its Council, commissions, boards, committees, officers, employees and agents shall be in excess of Lessee's insurance and shall not be contributory with it. 7. DAMAGE. DESTRUCTION AND TERMINATION. 7.0] Right to Terminate.
