<br />. Research, consultation, and input on approaches and strategies to CEQA <br />documentation for General Plan. <br />. Review of General Plan consultant deliverables. <br />. Preparation for and participation in meetings and conference calls. <br /> <br />This task provides for up to 50 hours of Consultant's time for General Plan CEQA <br />consulting assistance, to be used by the City as it deems appropriate and necessary. <br />Consultant and Planning Manager will discuss and agree on the anticipated level of <br />effort associated with each assignment under this task, to determine that adequate <br />budget exists to perform the work. <br /> <br />TASK 3. On-Call CEQA Support <br /> <br />From time to time, the City needs general on-call CEQA consulting assistance. This <br />may be for projects anticipated and/or proposed by the City, internal City research and <br />discussion, or projects proposed through the City's development application process. <br />This task provides for up to 40 hours of Consultant's time for this type of CEQA <br />consulting assistance, to be used by the City as it deems appropriate and necessary, <br />and may include meetings. Consultant and Planning Manager will discuss and agree on <br />the anticipated level of effort associated with each assignment under this task, to <br />determine that adequate budget exists to perform the work. <br /> <br />3. Term <br />The term of this agreement shall be one year from the date of execution, or no later than <br />December 30,2009. <br /> <br />4. Budget <br />Consultant's hourly rate is $150/hour. Expenses (postage, production, etc.) will be billed <br />at cost. Mileage will be billed at $0.50 per mile. The anticipated budget for this <br />agreement is $17,500, as shown below.
