Should the processing of the Finger Avenue Planned Development project <br />require more time than what I have estimated here, I will advise the City on a timely basis of the need for <br />a budget augment. My invoices will provide a monthly report on the status of the budget. Attendance at <br />meetings in addition to the ones included in this proposal will be billed on a time and materials basis. If <br />the project is appealed to the City Council, a budget augment likely will be required. <br /> <br />Please contact me if you wish to discuss this proposal.
