This includes preparation of the draft resolutions for the Planning Commission <br />action, and organizing all attachments for the report. . <br /> <br />Task 3. Meet/discuss with City staff regarding the changes requested in the draft staff report. Make <br />revisions as directed. Provide final staff report with draft resolutions and attachments complete and <br />ready for copying. City staff will be responsible for.copying and distributing the final report. Preparation <br />of any supplemental or additional staff reports will be done ona time and materials basis. <br /> <br />Task 4. Meet/ discuss with applicant regarding the propoSed findings and recommended actions on the <br />project. This meeting would occur in conjunction with City staff and may occur during the finalization of <br />the staff report or subsequent to the public release of the staff report as determined by City staff. <br /> <br />Task 5. Respond to public inquiries regarding the IS/MND, the proposed project, or staffs recommend- <br />ations on the project, as directed to by City staff. <br /> <br />Task 6. Prepare a Power Point presentation, submit it for City staff review, and make revisions as <br />directed by City staff. <br /> <br />Task 7. Attend up to two Planning Commission meetings regarding this project, as directed by City staff. <br />Present the project, staff evaluation and recommendation and respond to Commission questions, and <br />questions from the public as directed by the Commission. Attendance at additional Commission <br />meetings will be on a time and materials basis. <br /> <br />Task 8. Once the Planning Commission takes action on the project, review draft minutes, assist in <br />making changes to the Resolutions as necessary to reflect the Commission action, and prepare Notice of <br />Decision (NOD) to file with the County. City staff will be responsible for filing the NOD with the County. <br /> <br />Task 9. Project management and coordination. <br /> <br />Budget <br /> <br />It is difficult to accurately project the amount of time necessary to complete the entitlement process for a <br />complex development proposal, particularly when there is community opposition. Therefore, I propose <br />that the project planner consulting services be provided on a time and materials basis.
