<br />., <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Amendment: <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(Colette Meunier, AICP) <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Budget Status and Budget Augment Request: <br />Project Planner Consulting Services for the Finger Avenue Planned Development <br />Permit, Vesting Tentative Map and related Environmental Review" ("Proposal") dated <br />January 27,2009, is attached to this Exhibit A and is incorporated by this reference. <br />The Scope of Services to be provided to the City by the Contractor, the cost estimates <br />and fees, and the time frame during which the Services are to be provided under this <br />Amendment are fully set forth in the Proposal. <br /> <br />3 <br />
