As in every cost allocation <br />project, City staff involvement is vital to the ultimate success of the <br />project. However. the project consultants are responsible for completing <br />the project in a timely manner. These experienced consultants will <br />request data as quickly as possible. in a way that is most efficient for City <br />personnel. while also proactively addressing issues and seeking mutually <br />agreeable outcomes to prevent failure to meet deadlines. <br /> <br />Challenge #3 <br />The unexpected. <br /> <br />Planned solution: The proposed project consultants bring years of <br />cost allocation plan preparation experience with numerous California <br />counties. As a result of this experience, our key project staff. Mr. <br />Burgess. Mr. Wakefield and Mr. Ballard. know to prepare for the <br />unexpected. <br /> <br />While every project is unique and includes issues and concerns specific <br />to each individual client, in general. many issues or concerns within a <br />project are common to other projects.
