He is responsible for project management, direction, analysis and senior level consulting <br />assignments. He is a recognized state expert in the full cost analysis of development related <br />user fee services provided by local government. His clients have included some of the nations <br />largest local governments including: San Jose, Long Beach, San Francisco and Anaheim. <br /> <br />2000-2004: Muni-Financial: While at Muni-Financial, Mr. Wakefield held a number of senior <br />positions. He was responsible for the development of the firm's cost allocation plan and user fee <br />softwa re. <br /> <br />1991-2000: David M. Griffith and Associates, L TD: Mr. Wakefield joined DMG as a <br />junior level consultant and spent nine years working in all areas of cost analysis consulting.
