INC. <br /> <br />RANGE OF EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Brett Ballard is an Analyst in MGT's Cost Services Division specializing in <br />cost of service data accumulation and processing. Since joining MGT in <br />January 2008 he has worked on user fee studies for the cities of Modesto, <br />Sacramento, and Lincoln. His role in these studies is to assist senior <br />project staff with the collection of appropriate data and processing of that <br />data through MGT's proprietary computer models. Mr. Ballard has a <br />Bachelor of Arts Degree from U.C.
