Coordinate the gathering and submission of all required documents. <br /> <br />Coordinate, gather and/or complete all required forms, documents and reports as <br />required by the State Controller's Office applicable to submission of the cost allocation <br />plan. <br /> <br />20. Prepare a cost allocation plan project recap report. <br /> <br />Prepare a cost allocation plan project recap report for City personnel. This report will <br />include comments and input from City personnel to review regarding the just- <br />completed cost allocation plans. This report will also provide City personnel an <br />opportunity to provide timely feedback on aspects of the cost allocation plan project <br />that went well and aspects of the project that need improvement. The project <br />consultants will then formulate this feedback into the following years' work plan as <br />applicable. <br /> <br />Additionally, the project recap report will include changes in allocation methodologies <br />from the prior year and reasons for the changes. <br /> <br />21. Conduct a post-project training session with all relevant personnel. <br /> <br />Conduct a post-project training session with key City personnel and project <br />stakeholders. This training session will provide information on reading, interpreting and <br />extracting data from the recently completed cost allocation plan.
