<br />Task 4: Data Validation, Migration and Testing <br /> <br />Under this task, Farallon will analyze the City's existing GIS data for data that do not meet the business <br />rules required for valid input to the database and provide the City with information outlining which features <br />do not meet rules. Farallon will migrate all valid geodata features to the City's new enterprise <br />geodatabase. <br /> <br />Deliverables include: <br /> <br />. Issues list of features requiring correction to load <br /> <br />. ESRI geodatabase populated with valid Enterprise GIS data <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />. Farallon will not be responsible for correcting invalid data. Farallon will inform <br />Redwood City staff of invalid data so that corrections can be made by Redwood City <br />staff during the project. <br /> <br />Task 5: Workflow Documentation <br /> <br />A key to the long-term sustainability of the City's Enterprise GIS is the documentation of GIS maintenance <br />workflows in an easy to understand manner. This will provide for continued maintenance of the system in <br />the event of staff turnover or reassignment. Farallon will develop documents that detail how to conduct <br />important GIS maintenance activities such as GIS data editing of certain layers, and ArcGIS Server <br />administration, and creation of data outputs for use with other systems. The deliverable will be workflow <br />docu mentation. <br /> <br />Task 6: Knowledge Transfer, Training, and Support <br /> <br />Farallon will spend up to two days at the City's office to provide training in key GIS workflows, ArcGIS <br />Desktop software, and geodatabase administration. Additionally, we will be available for up to twenty <br />hours of additional ad-hoc support on an as-needed basis after completion of Task 4. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />.
