<br />EXHIBIT "C" <br /> <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The City prefers that the fees specified in the contract be paid in stages upon <br />completion of selected implementation milestones. The City prefers that one payment <br />be a reserve payment, the amount of which would be defined in the contract, when the <br />system reaches final acceptance. Final acceptance is reached when the Enterprise GIS <br />is operating to the City's satisfaction and all deliverable products defined in the RFP <br />(section VI) and terms of the contract have been met and the Enterprise GIS has been <br />operating to the City's satisfaction for two consecutive months.
