<br />EXHIBIT "AU and "B" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services is to be provided to the City by the Contractor <br />under this Agreement: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />[THE COVELLO GROUP, INC,] <br /> <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Construction Management and Inspection Services <br />for the Bid Package 5A Recycled Water Pipeline Project" dated January 15, 2009, <br />(Exhibit A) and "Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Bid Package <br />8 Recycled Water Pipeline Project" dated November 5, 2008, (Exhibit B) ("Proposal") is <br />attached to this Exhibit A and B and are incorporated by this reference.
