Presentation — Staff report: Joint Study Session on New Housing Element. <br /> Jill Ekas, Planning Manager, gave a presentation on the City's new housing element. She <br /> reviewed the purpose of the meeting, the status of the existing housing element and what <br /> happens next in the new General Plan process. Tom Passanissi, Principal Planner, <br /> continued the presentation talking about the new General Plan, its process and how the <br /> housing element fits in. <br /> Mayor Foust asked for information at a later time on any litigation or any of the bills from <br /> previous years, specifically'05, '04 or'03. Ms. Ekas concluded the presentation by <br /> addressing the Downtown Precise Plan. <br /> Council took a break at 8:49 p.m. <br /> (Break for Joint Session with the Housing and Human Concems Committee Members) <br /> The meeting resumed at 9:04 p.m. <br /> E 2.
