6.C. - Page 26 of 196 <br />of achievement program's requirements and are submitting it to the GFOA to determine its eligibility for another <br />certificate. <br />Acknowledgements <br />Special recognition is extended to the entire Finance Division staff for their ongoing dedication and efficient <br />services provided to all City departments, residents and customers on a daily basis. The preparation of this report <br />could not have been achieved without the skillful, dedicated, and efficient services of the entire staff of the <br />Finance Division. I would like to extend special recognition to Derek Rampone, Financial Services Manager, for his <br />professionalism and leadership in overseeing this process.
