6.J. - Page 82 of 86 Attachment C <br />IV, Exclusions <br />The following items are not included in the present scope and must be provided by others. <br />a. Physical workstation will not be provided. (Web browser access from any PC.) <br />b. Low voltage wiring pertaining to systems not identified in this proposal, <br />c. Furnish or install VFD's, fan starters, equipment, power meters or smoke detectors <br />d. Repair to any existing mechanical equipment linkages, VFD drives, starters, pumps or valves unless <br />specifically stated above. <br />e. Furnish, install, wire or terminate duct -mounted smoke detectors, shutdown interlocks, or combination <br />smoke/fire dampers. <br />f. Furnish, install, wire or terminate any panels/devices related any systems not explicitly called out above, <br />including (but not limited to): smoke control systems, fire -life safety systems, lighting control systems, <br />power and/or energy monitoring, security, tenant billing systems, etc. <br />g. Furnish any labor related to LEED certification. <br />h. Cutting. Patching, painting. <br />i. Permits, fees or bonds. <br />j. Trenching or backfilling, or any underground conduit. <br />k. Asbestos or Hazardous Material Abatement. <br />I. Demolition of any kind. <br />m. Liquidated or Consequential Damages of any kind <br />n. OCIP/CCIP insurance program credit. <br />o. Combination Fire/Smoke Damper actuators <br />p. Testing of fire life safety system <br />q. Lighting panels monitor or integration <br />500 <br />
